Death is a common thing in the flooded America. Death is caused by becoming Exhausted (when the Fatigue bar is empty) while Scout is injured, or if a sickness debuff timer reaches zero. When Scout dies, the game save file will be cleared, and the only remaining items from her previous life will be whatever was in Aesop's bag when she died.
Injury Related Deaths Edit
The following injuries are a possible way to die. Generally, attacks inflicted on the player lower the Fatigue bar, which is usually what makes these attacks deadly. Otherwise, these effects on their own usually can't kill Scout if she doesn't become Exhausted.
Sickness/Other Deaths Edit
These effects only cause death when their "timer" reaches the end.
